A classical fountain in a small meditation garden is the focal point of the view through the living room windows.

The new entry walkway and walled entry courtyard utilizing classic Malibu decorative ceramic and saltillo tiles enhanced the classic architectural character.

A saltillo-tiled patio with overhead ramada, and banquette surrounding a fire ring in addition to the new pool and spa provided inviting outdoor living and entertaining in the rear garden area.

This circa 1930’s Spanish Revival home was in serious disrepair when the Client purchased it in 2008. A major renovation was required. With interior designer Enid Harris undertaking the interior remodel, APLD developed a Master Plan to revision the exterior and grounds.

Starting with a clean palette after removing all of the previous exterior elements, APLD worked with period and architecturally appropriate materials.
